Ritual and Ceremony

A ritual is an action or expression with a specific intention. It can help us slow down, switch gears, and pay attention. A ceremony is usually done in community and helps us recognize and honor a transition, such as birth or death.
 
Special guest Anne Murphy gives an introduction to practical, step-by-step instructions for the simplest ritual to the most profound ceremony. She provides insights on how to incorporate both into EOLD and HFG practice.
